Job Summary: The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data, and generating reports to support the company's operations. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with different departments. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and internal reporting systems. Use MS Excel to create Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and dashboards. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports. Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data. Support management with actionable insights and data analysis. Assist in automation and improvement of reporting processes. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Statistics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar MIS or reporting role. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, etc.) is a must. Knowledge of Google Sheets and basic ERP/MIS software preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Tally, SAP, or similar ERP software. Basic understanding of inventory, production, or sales data. Job Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in using modern HR tools like HRMS, attendance systems, and digital onboarding platforms.
